Module House Configurator

This tool was created during my studies abroad in Oslo.

Project

The aim of the project was to develop a concept for a sustainable building envelope in a team of 5 people in one semester. We decided to develop a modular house. Rooms can be added to and removed from the basic house using slide connections.

The configurator

The aim of this configurator is to ensure fast prototyping so that new combinations and changes to the individual modules could be visualized quickly. In this way, mistakes in modules and connections could be detected quickly.

The configurator is therefore not a finished product. It primarily serves to better visualize and communicate the idea of the modular house.
